Generally, the equipment market has insufficient tool holder machining stroke and tail top stroke, resulting in insufficient mold release stroke after processing. Due to the large size of the venturi valve, the spinning process has more problems, especially the stainless steel venturi valve is more difficult to spin.
2. Venturi valve body
The curve of the venturi valve's bile body needs to be controlled uniformly. The spinning of the venturi valve body is more difficult than the venturi valve body.
3. stainless steel venturi
Spinning of venturi tube with iron is difficult to manufacture. Due to the poor elongation of stainless steel and high tensile strength, stainless steel venturi tube is easy to crack at the bottom and flange of the forming process. When making stainless steel venturi tube, The rigidity of the equipment is particularly important, and it is not possible to give up the knife. In addition, the four-position tool holder is easy to break during the processing of the venturi tube. It is best to use a six-position tool holder.
The flange flatness of stainless steel venturi tube is generally required. Due to the stress rebound of stainless steel material, the flange surface will be uneven, and the taper of the mold needs to be repaired to overcome the material stress.
